I can't believe they raised the price on this shithole. It is a total dump, not worth 800K. Talk about delusional sellers.

5 rooms? they're hiding 2 of them.

Isn't there a PATH station/subway stop in that bld? Don't like that. But ez shopping with Citarella, Bigelows & hotdog place on 8th st: Fed & medicated.

Yes, totally overpriced.

I passed on a 3 bedroom there about 10 years ago. Great location but cookie cutter bland typical post war white brick building.
