there is one broker for this small building and he is extremely unprofessional. we had a local contractor look into this building and apparently cut many corners during construction. there are much better condos and value in williamsburg. i urge anyone interested to look elsewhere!

apparently they are also planning to do a bait and switch on the "insanely low" common charges that they are advertising. a friend of mine was told that upon move in they will change to $389/month

I am considering a unit in this building. Would love to know how your friend learned that CC would go up. Did the broker tell her this?
Thanks.

insanely low CCs are not a good thing, it means your building will not be maintained properly.

@ nycdweller24 you are a scumbag and a liar. You and your wife were not a fit for the building. We have friendly cohesiveness in the building that you clearly did not fit into. Everyone is happy in this building, that is because you are not in it. You are we call trashy people.

Always a good idea to dig up a three year old post that is highly critical of your real estate investment, and then re-ignite the discussion. At least he did not do so annonymously, since the poster is similar to the listing broker's name. Interesting that he has been a member since the month before the original post, but this rant is his first post.

What's the name of the broker that's similar to the OP's username?
