6% Commission is TOO LOW

I'm a seller, I own this overpriced property that is up HUGE since I bought it, thanks to brokers, developers and bankers. And the economics are CRAZY when compared to renting. What idiot would buy when so expensive compared to the past and when they can rent for so much cheaper? Get me a broker who can sell my overpriced property at anywhere near the recent comps and hell, I'll pay that broker 6% to find some lemming to take it off my hands. Hell, I'll throw in a flat screen TV and a gift card to Blockbuster to the broker for getting it done quick so I don't have to continue to bleed the monthly taxes and maintenance.
