Meeces are best solved by getting a cat.

Bring it up with the coop board. Is the building getting a regular extermination? If so, how is it paid for? Individually? In my last coop we had an exterminator come every month and he kept a record of who was taking the service. When we had a persistent problem, the coop board insisted that all apts take the service until problem was resolved.

Exterminators and cats are utterly useless unless you have the super or a handyman fill every single hole the size of a dime or bigger with steel wool. Trust me, do that, and the exterminator will only need to come once or twice.
