Ridiculously overpriced. Nice space, great view but should be approx $1000 sf. These apts have never and will probably never, go for more than $1000sf

I get that they wanted the "wall of windows" effect, but downconverting a space that size from two bedrooms to one seems exceptionally stupid; removing the third bathroom dumber still; touting the windowless "home offices" as bedrooms ... illegal?

I don't know which is worse... calling a windowless room a bedroom...

or calling the former BATHROOM a bedroom.
