Don't know, but the e-filed documents -- tens of them -- are interesting. See eCourts, NY Supreme, index 652492/2011.

They're up to the 14th Amendment to the Offerering Plan. Renovated and As-is prices specified, with no discounts to tenants.

The Building Loan Agreement specifies maximum buy-out costs of $500 per ft², and maximum renovation costs of $340 per ft².

"The Building Loan Agreement specifies maximum buy-out costs of $500 per ft², and maximum renovation costs of $340 per ft²."

Does this refer to the rent-regulated tenant buyouts?? That's crazy!

The building must be trying to raise cash for that AG fine--Verizon has a promotional stand inside that beautiful courtyard, and a junky Halloween costume store has moved into the Apthorp's prime retail space on Broadway, right near the iron entrance gate to the building. Sad.

westie, With Verizon inside the courtyard and a short term high rent Halloween store, PU. Could it be that the condo ship is sailing? They must not expect any other gentry to come by for a viewing with that going on. When I walk up that way this weekend, I'll have to see for myself. "Sad" really sums it up.

Right, maximum buy-out. We don't know what the actual amounts paid have been, though. It may be buried somewhere in those thousands of pages, or might be in one of the redacted documents.
