Discussion about 216 West 99th Street in Upper West Side
This bldg has a bed bug infestation. Additionally this bldg participated in the J51 tax abatement program. 3995 is not the rent controlled rate, it should probably be around 2800. Be very cautious of this agency.

I looked it up and this building is indeed a J51 tax abatement program recipient....thanks for the tip rudabagle7!

No problem racubah. I would also warn about the super, unfortunately he is responsible for at least 5 buildings within the area. Do to this work load, he is always on the defensive solving problems. You will encounter issues with him being timely. Also, he tends to hire derelicts to aid him in various nominal tasks throughout the building complex.
