building at 36 Laight Street

Wow. I was actually JUST looking at this place.., thinking about moving here.. But, as I was leaving the building after checking it out - a person currenly living there @ 36 laight said to me in the elevatpr: "listen man, here's some free advice for you: "this building has no maintainace, no super, if there's something wrong with the building.. I'll email or call the landlord & he does nothing about it. This building is the absolute worst I've lived in throughout my 15 years of renting in NYC. I am moving out." I'm no longer interested in this place, hope this helps y'all out when looking for your future apt!
