I'd like to know if anyone has any idea about this building. Looks like they've been trying to sell for a long time...
It has not been under contruction for a while, it's been finished for a while.
They rented the penthouses out for a couple years hoping for a market turn.
THey do want out of the rental business and I think the recent sale of PHA gave them some steam to think they'll move the rest.
I did see PHB. I liked the interior. But the outdoor space was, I don't know what words to use to describe. There are absolutely no views of anything, you may as well have some backyard space without future roof headaches. A very boring block with no views of anything.
By photos and floorplans, PHD looks to be a substancial cut above the other 3 PHs. Though the monthly costs reflect that as well.
