Hello,
I just wanted to get some general thoughts about this building. Is anyone familiar with it? Can anyone see anything outstanding (negatively) about it? And if so, how serious is it?

There're so many threads on this, it's hard to keep track. Besides my comments in http://streeteasy.com/nyc/talk/discussion/30827-excited-but-need-some-advice , just noticed that the windows used to be steel casements, and were apparently replaced in the 1980s-1990s with Ecker-style double-hungs. Bad for looks, good for sound and oil consumption, I guess.

Thanks. By the way, where did you find out the information about the windows?
