Discussion about 161 East 88th Street in Carnegie Hill
No one has anything to say? :)
There're so many threads on this, it's hard to keep track. Besides my comments in http://streeteasy.com/nyc/talk/discussion/30827-excited-but-need-some-advice , just noticed that the windows used to be steel casements, and were apparently replaced in the 1980s-1990s with Ecker-style double-hungs. Bad for looks, good for sound and oil consumption, I guess.
Thanks. By the way, where did you find out the information about the windows?

That's great... I never would have found this, thanks! Any other info, and I'd love it :)
watch out a board here! Good chance to loose a time and money!
