Haven't been able to find information on this so hope someone on the board knows. I'm negotiating a rent price on the renewal of my market rate lease in an 80/20 building. With days left on the lease I still have nothing concrete back from the landlord, and I haven't signed the lease. The office has been extremely slow to respond to emails, but they had suggested that I propose to them an increase amount (which I did). I don't want to be without a lease for next month. Are these guys playing tricks with laws I know nothing about, or are they just slow?
