str33teasier lacks: irony, entries that can be understood, possibly even a message (as I can't be bothered to read more that a couple of lines of that drivel).

str33easier has: lots of exclamation points, lots of caps, very long posts that often seem to say little, a defensive attitude about saying whatever. and very convoluted thought processes.

You;d be better off spreading bullish propaganda, even if you didn't believe it. If you're wrong and prices go down, you get to buy cheaper, and if you're right, you pay more for your house but at least get the satisfaction of having been "right".
