Does anyone have any idea why the last unit at The Sedona in Harlem hasn't sold? The building has been occupied since 2009 and this is the last sponsor unit still available.
Thoughts on the neighborhood/area? Thoughts on price?

Harlem is huge and has a total of 6 police precincts. I am bullish on the neighborhoods encompassed in 3 of the 6 precincts. The other 3 are very iffy and the neighborhoods could go in either direction. The Sedona falls into one of the precincts that I am not very optimistic about. Crime is up significantly this year in the area around the Sedona. That said, if you can get a radical price chop it might be worth the risk- but not at the current asking price.

There is already a thread on this. Click on it if you care what my response is:

Home_Body (or others), what is it you like about The Sedona? I'm curious.
Thanks Jason.
