I see this was relisted with a new maintenancve that is over $2000 lower than it was before. Did the maintenance go down in the building or is it listed incorrectly?
The last broker had it at $4071. All the other apartments have ridiculously high maintenance and now this is less than $1/sqft?? Anyone know the deal?
