Did #20Q in the Sheffield sell?

Zillow has it sold on 7/18/12 for $1.17mm, but can't find corresponding sale here on SE or on ACRIS..

The deed for 22C was recorded on that date for that amount.

The buyer's address was given as 20Q. He was apparently renting from the LLC that bought 20Q in July 2011.

ACRIS has the property address for 22C as "NA WEST 57TH", which must be why the 22C sale doesn't show on SE. No address to match to.

Maybe when Zillow got fed the NA address, it had some person look at the actual deed. The first address they saw was 322 W 57th 20Q, and they didn't read further to see that actual unit sold was 22C.
