Discussion about Dalabar, #8119
Manhattan Skyline Management is a ruthlessly cold firm that will throw you out on the street if you don't accept their annual 15% rent increases. If you would like detailed information including current rents for this building and real life experience with this horrible management company, please email me at marimbanyc@yahoo.com

I <3 Manhattan Skyline!! Totally opposite experience (I am rent stabilized) but the supers, porters, and maintenance is handled extremely well and above my expectations.

it must be sad to no longer be able to afford where you live. hey, did you pay a brokers fee? i find most of these landlords that advertise as "no fee" really like to gouge their tenants at renewal. gotta pay for that onsite staff! lolzz

If you are saying that they are charging too much, why do not you find cheaper rents and move? Every Landlord has a right to push their luck and suffer the consequences of vacancy.

It seems possible that this apartment in under the going rate for this space. Maybe the Landlord is trying to get closer to market rate.

Jim, is your statement that if you pay a fee, the rate increase is lower?
