The ground level unit in the FiDi I was going to make an offer on Has been destroyed by Sandy It's now a raw space and the broker is inviting me to make a new offer What would be a prewar raw space in that area worth by square foot?

take $300 psf off the finished price and then account for 1 yr of mortgage and maintenance costs to bring it back to liveable condition.

considering that it was destroyed, i'd never buy it.
