not an owner but definitely interested in following this development since i almost put an offer in.

penthouse is now available at a cool 1 mil. marked up from the 845k, not that anyone cares.
CO expected next month as per the broker - i guess well see how that turns out.

Still whoever signed a contract 6 months ago cn take comfort in the fact that the entire Bklyn market has skyrocketed
