building at 313 West 77th Street

The building converted to co-op in 1988, with four shareholders (including the sponsor.) It defaulted on its mortgage in 1995, and filed for bankruptcy in 2003. Ten years later, the bankruptcy case is almost settled. The trustee has an offer on the building, but there'll be an auction on 3/21 to see whether anyone can do any better. Yeah, I went to see the bldg a year ago. Gut job, no details left. Given the high price achieved by 317, I can see investor-flippers' interest.
