35XV. New cognac or expensive development?

I am quite impressed with the level of detail and quality of finishes shown in the spec photos of the finished development. Alchemy got window rights from each of the neighbors and the units will have views in every direction too. Jealous!

The majority that are in contract are below $4MM, and the majority that are listed are above $5MM. Now what?

Architecturally interesting, attractive and very expensive condos with uber nice finishes. I passed by the construction site on a Sunday afternoon and saw a long line of people in front of the site. Curious about the line, I looked to see where the people were waiting to enter.... It turns out that they were headed into the adjacent Xavier Church basement entrance to a soup kitchen!!! Hmmmm, I wonder if the 35XV purchasers are aware of the humanitarian activities of their next door neighbor. If not, they will be surprised every Sunday when they have to find a way to get past the throngs of people when they enter and exit from their POSH building.
