Discussion about
SWE bought at exactly the market bottom, exactly on the day. In fact, two purchases that day: http://streeteasy.com/nyc/talk/discussion/30121-dow-sp-500-at-highest-levels-since-2008 somewhereelse about 13 months ago Posts: 7248 Member since: Oct 2009 ignore this person report abuse +280.31% on some of my SSOs (one of the two buys I made on 03/09/09)
And confident enough not only to buy the S&P, but to buy the DOUBLE LONG S&P.

Apple; w67 buys at $390 according to his real time call, Inonada told us after the fact he bought at $420. How about somewhereelse?

Thanks for noticing!
But I don't think that makes me smarter than inonada, he knows his stuff. I was lucky to have bought that particular day, thoug I was right in the big picture. Part of that, I have to give credit to Shiller, who called it a few days before.
But, big picture, yes, we were both very right. Thanks for pointing that out.
Don't be modest, it doesn't suit you.
Admit it, you are smarter than inonada. You bought at the exact low.
How much did you pay for Apple?
Not being modest, I just think inonada is one of the smartest folks on the board.
I didn't buy any apple. Outside of the huge holdings via S&P. If anything, I want a smaller allocation.
uh oh, w67thstreet a smarter, better investor than somewhereelse.
No, smarter investors don't go stock picking without insider info.
Guessing based on iphone sales isn't very smart at all.
uh oh, I think we have our showdown, somewhereelse vs. w67.
Talk about masturbating in public
no rb345, polite people don't talk about that in public.
