I lived in this apartment and all I can say to a prospective buyer is good luck. This place has a number of problems that made my time there unpleasant. - There's mold in the upstairs bathroom -Flooding in the downstairs anytime there's a good rain. Don't try and put nice rugs down there. - The kitchen sink leaks and caused mold and water damage to the downstairs ceiling. I'm sure the owner has slapped some paint on the place and it looks nice, but beware of what's not seen.

Wow, and that's a high asking price too.

Did you have any other problems? What's the building management like?
