Thinking of listing our apt at the end of this month. Will that be a bad time to list due to the holidays? I suspect that it will sell quickly since the real estate market is so hot. Wdyt?

May be slower, but remember last year, January 2013, is when the market took off on the ride that we are currently on.

Of course it is a bad time. Why are you even asking such an obvious question? If you have choice why on earth would you do this? Sorry, but somewhat moronic quandary. Wait till New Year, when people will have time and people will be getting their bonuses.
