Arcadia - 408 E. 79th?

Discussion about Arcadia at 408 East 79th Street in Lenox Hill
Does anyone have any experience with this building? Just looked at two apartments there and they were both beautiful. Building seems really nice with great amenities, just a little further east than I wanted to be.

Anyone? There are 2 one bedrooms for sale - 1 is ridiculously priced, and I think the other is somewhat negotiable. Has anyone seen the building?
