Fred Golden

Raised in Manhattan and Riverdale, Barbara is a native New Yorker who studied Journalism at Hunter College. After many years living in Lower Manhattan, she settled in Riverdale where she currently resides. Barbara is now a condo owner who also owned a single-family home and a co-op, so she understands the importance that knowledge, experience and value bring to bear. Originally from Philadelphia, Fred graduated from Temple and Fordham Universities. He holds a BBA in Finance and an MBA in International Management. His extensive corporate background at domestic and international companies involved roles in finance, information technology, internet marketing and manufacturing. While selling real estate in New York, Fred was also a licensed broker in Florida. He has lived in New York City for 25 years, and thoroughly enjoys the diversity of people and ideas, as well as the "infinite choices" the city provides. Barbara and Fred are members of the Real Estate Board of NY as well as the National, New York State and Hudson Gateway MLS, Together they have pooled their skills, expertise, and 30 years of experience to help their clients and customers alike. Prior to entering real estate, Barbara worked in television and radio production in New York City and in Europe; plus she demonstrated her design sense, skill and creativity as a ceramicist who still loves working in clay. Her other interests include visiting museums and galleries, listening to live music, and reading. Barbara and Fred lead an active lifestyle and are avid world travelers when time allows.
