He’s spent over 12 years as an agent, and specializes in sales, rentals, and property management across New York City, the boroughs, and Long Island. Born and raised in Brooklyn, Santo presently resides in Long Island, NY and is very knowledgeable about the city and suburban markets. He is known for his hand-holding expertise, precise negotiating, and innate drive to go above and beyond for his clientele.

Prior to real estate, Santo came from a background in corporate communications. On the personal side, he is married with two daughters, and another on the way. Santo speaks Italian fluently, thanks to having spent his summers growing up in Catania, Sicily. He is very into family, sports, community building, and helping various non-for-profits in his spare time.
