why is this so cheap? it's tiny, but even for a tiny studio this is suspiciously cheap for the location

There's some kind of exhaust duct crossing the ceiling, that comes out just above the window.

Anyway, somebody grabbed it yesterday.

I just went by and looked in the window. The photos make it seem deeper than it is. The main part is maybe 7.5x7.5, the little ell by the window is maybe 4x5. Add on the kitchen unit, closet-ette, and bath, and you've got maybe 115 ft².
