Full Price Offer- No response

What is the standard turnaround time for a response? We put in a full price offer and we have very very solid credit and financials. We haven't heard anything from the sellers broker and they have been dodging our realtors calls. Our realtor suspects the listing agent is trying to get one of her clients to match our offer but we don't know. How long should we expect to wait for a response? What is standard?
