Any reason why 100 west 58th sells at a discount to 58th West 58th despite being 10 year old high-end construction. Low ceilings is the only thing I can think of. Also, lot of inventory not moving in 100 West 58th. What is wrong?

Can the difference also be due to overstating of new condo square footage by 10-20% by including common areas etc?
