Since brokers (perhaps justifiably) rarely get any kudos here, I offer by applause to the broker for being up front about the land lease and expiration in this listing. I can only hope that assessment is because the coop is trying to buyout the land, but given the location this may be a good candidate for the unit owners to negotiate a collective buy out, as this is a tear down candidate.

Tear down and put up what? I believe it's in the landmark district, so replacement options may be limited.
