One of the first things a listing agent will do when reviewing your offer documentation is to check your debt to income ratio and provision for post-closing liquidity on the REBNY financial statement to make sure you meet the building's financial requirements!

I sent to him already and it includes a debt to income calculation, and post close liquidity in months. The one above is an old version.
