Ivan Palov is the Founder and Principal Broker of Luxury Apartments LIC, specializing in residential sales and rentals throughout Long Island City and Astoria. With 17 years of experience and more than 2,000 completed transactions, Ivan has developed extensive knowledge of the local condominium, co-op, and luxury rental markets.

He works with buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, and renters, combining sales experience with detailed knowledge of building layouts, pricing, concessions, management, and inventory. His longstanding relationships with leasing offices, property managers, owners, and developers give his clients valuable insight into the local market.

Known for what he calls “blatant honesty,” Ivan believes in straightforward advice and objective guidance throughout every transaction.

Ivan is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and Certified Buyer Representative (CBR®). He holds a degree in International Relations and Business from Adelphi University, an MBA from Metropolitan College of New York, and a Diploma in Residential Property Management from NYU.
