Richard Rothbloom has many impressive achievements; most notably, he was recognized with the prestigious “Listing Broker of the Year” award in the Tribeca sales office in 2017, 2014, and 2007. As a listing agent, his successful approach to strategic pricing, creative marketing initiatives, and negotiating deals wins top dollar for sellers. Richard truly understands what is important to the seller and communicates it through data analysis, staging and properly presenting the property. One of his true strengths is his ability to negotiate in the most challenging situations. He does whatever it takes to put together a deal and make it work to everyone’s satisfaction.

Originally from Atlanta, Richard is a graduate of the College of Business and Economics at Towson University, from which he holds a bachelor’s degree in business. He moved to Manhattan in 2000 and completed an architectural renovation of a co-op loft in a historic landmark Financial District building. When not working, Richard enjoys staying active and being outdoors, in addition to participating in multi-sport international travel with Backroads and REI Adventures. He enjoys farmers markets and organic cooking, design and renovation projects, and is a Porsche 911 driving enthusiast.
