This is the second affordable housing lottery to open at the new ODA-designed rental complex in the last nine months. The first lottery launched last June and offered 65 units. The complex sits just south of the Williamsburg Bridge and spans three towers. Of the 857 total units, twenty percent are designated as affordable.

Compared to surrounding buildings along the Williamsburg waterfront, these 22-story towers stand out for their Jenga-like structure. The design maximizes the number of exposures and increases the number of corner unit apartments. Building amenities at 420 Kent Ave. will include a rooftop pool, CrossFit training facility, yoga studio and wellness spa. The complex also offers a communal garden and landscaped sun deck with views of the Manhattan skyline and East River.

The building is close to the Marcy Avenue J, M, and Z station and the South 8th Street ferry landing.
