Waterline Square 1- and 2-bedroom units are available starting at just $741 per month in a new NYC housing lottery.

A Waterline Square housing lottery on the Upper West Side is offering 22 new 1- and 2-bedroom apartments to winning applicants, with rents starting at just $741. As with all NYC housing lotteries, this one has strict limits on income and family size. New Yorkers must earn between $27,875 and $49,120 to qualify for these units, depending on the size of their household. See the details below. (Pssst, we have MORE housing lotteries!)

Waterline Square is a large, amenity-filled complex of four rental buildings on the edge of Lincoln Square (part of the Upper West Side) and Midtown West. Current market-rate units in the development start at $3,917 for a studio and rise to $11,225 for a large 2-bedroom, so these lottery rents represent a tremendous discount.

You can apply for this lottery on NYC Housing Connect. The deadline to apply is July 23, 2020.

All units in the building include washers and dryers, although tenants will have to pay extra to get access to Waterline Square’s vast menu of amenities, which include athletic facilities, a game room, children’s lounge, gym, pool, indoor skatepark, and more.
