Alec Baldwin is still the man about Manhattan. The “30 Rock” star made a splash during Fashion Week by parading through the festivities with his lovely wife, Hilaria, and his three children, including grown-up daughter Ireland, 2-year-old daughter Carmen and 3-month old baby boy Rafael.

However, these days, Baldwin owns one less NYC abode after the sale of a 1-bedroom unit in Devonshire House, where Baldwin and family live in a penthouse. The 840-square-foot unit at 28 East 10th Street sold for $2.1 million. The unit had been on the market since March, with an original list price of $2.35 million

Despite rumblings from Baldwin that he was going to decamp from the Big Apple after some well-chronicled dust-ups with NYC paparazzi, Baldwin still owns the 41,37-square-foot Devonshire penthouse he bought for $11.7 million soon after he started dating his future wife several years ago.

The prize building sits in Greenwich Village and is a 1928 building restored/renovated by Emery Roth. The prewar classic includes a landscaped roof terrace and a traditional English garden in the courtyard.
