A new Bronx lottery is now open.

Transformation along Webster Avenue via the Webster Commons development takes another step forward with today’s announcement of a new affordable housing lottery. A total of 122 apartments at 3620 Webster Ave. are being offered to eligible applicants in this Bronx lottery.

In keeping with the mission of providing affordable housing to low- and middle-income earners, eligibility here is spread across those who earn at 40, 50, 100 and 110 percent of the area median income. That starts at $19,680 for a single person and runs up to $121,770 for a six-person household.

Rents range from $519 for one person in a studio up to $1,965 for 3-bedroom units. See income details and rents below:

To apply online, go to NYC Housing Connect. To request an application by mail, send a self-addressed envelope to: Webster Commons D c/o The Wavecrest Management Team, 87-14 116th Street, Richmond Hill, NY, 11418.

Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than May 28th, 2018.
