A new affordable housing lottery is offering larger apartments in a brand-new development in Bushwick. Located at 22 Melrose Street, the boutique rental building has a total of eight apartments. Three of them are part of the new Bushwick housing lottery, including a pair of 2-bedroom apartments and one 3-bedroom unit.

Rentals are $2,726 for the 2-bedrooms and $3,143 for the 3-bedroom. For comparison, a market-rate 3-bedroom in this building asked $3,610 in rent.
