Not everybody will be a fan of the building’s location right by the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway, although there are a couple of quiet blocks separating it from the highway. And the building doesn’t have an elevator, but thankfully the unit is just two flights up. Still, if you’re looking to buy in the area for under $1M, this one is certainly worth checking out!
