Christie Brinkley is trying the two-at-once sales tactic.

Christie Brinkley has a new mantra for her high-end, Hamptons real estate collection: If at first, or second, or third try, you don’t succeed, try, try again.

This time, the Uptown Girl is employing a new sales tactic by listing a pair of her majestic real estate holdings. She’s put her Sag Harbor manse on the market for $20 million, and her historic Bridgehampton home, Tower Hill, up for $29.5 million.

Both are truly incredible properties, but since the former supermodel has tried on several occasions to sell one of these lovingly restored and decorated homes, we’ll refer you to our previous coverage of the Tower Hill and Sag Harbor properties. The news this time around, in addition to the dual listings, is that Brinkley has told the New York Post that she will live in whichever one of the two homes does not sell first. So let’s take a look at the Tower Hill mansion, and think about which one we’d pick.
