Biggest drawback: We’ll be blunt: This apartment has no oven. Not even a stovetop, although the listing does say “there’s more than enough room for a counter stovetop and an island for prepping.” So if you like to cook, keep looking. And this is the townhouse’s ground floor unit, so the windows look directly out to street level in front, and to the shared garden in back. However, it is a huge space with a ton of very desirable details, and a great bargain a great neighborhood!
