The internationally successful fashion designer Elie Tahari has just gone into contract on a gorgeous boutique condo in Nolita. According to the New York Post, Tahari bought the 1,151-square-foot apartment for one of his children because he is an admirer of the building’s designers, architectural firm Roman and Williams. The purchase price of $3.25 million was slightly above the asking price of $3.15 million.
