Update, February 3, 2020: Did you catch J-Lo’s Super Bowl halftime performance? Here at StreetEasy, we can’t think of a better way to celebrate than to ogle what was once Jennifer Lopez’s home in NYC, this ultra-posh penthouse at the Whitman in NoMad, which has been on the market since 2017. She initially listed it for $26.95 million, but it underwent a 7% price chop in March 2019 and has been holding steady at a much more affordable $24.99 million ever since. And while J-Lo’s fiancé A-Rod is obviously famous for baseball, not football, this apartment is a definite touchdown! Check it out:

It looks like Jenny from the Block is leaving her NoMad block. According to an exclusive by The New York Times, singer/actor/talent judge Jennifer Lopez has listed her penthouse in The Whitman in NoMad for $26.95 million.jennifer lopez home

Is it because she’s house-hunting with her current boyfriend, the former New York Yankee Alex Rodriguez? That’s the speculation via Curbed, as reports say the superstar couple has been dating since early September. And for anyone trying to catch a glimpse of J-Lo, she is apparently out of town — she and A-Rod were spotted in L.A. yesterday.

The penthouse, which overlooks Madison Square Park from 26th Street, is huge, spanning 6,500 square feet, including 4 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Plus, there’s an additional 3,000 square feet of outdoor space spread over four terraces.

Lopez, who currently stars in the TV crime drama “Shades of Blue,” bought the penthouse in 2014 for $22 million.

The home features 12-foot ceilings, wide-plank oak floors, Italian marble slab bathrooms, a Crestron smart home system and direct views onto Madison Square Park. Besides likely leaving behind the NoMad neighborhood, J-Lo will also leave behind her neighbors, who include Chelsea Clinton and NASCAR star Jeff Gordon.
