A new residential rental development in Flatbush has opened a housing lottery for seven affordable units. Located at 212 Linden Blvd., the Julien Flander-designed building is seven stories and contains 22 units total. The lottery is aimed at middle-income applicants who earn at 130 percent of the area median income: from $61,715 for a single person up to $130,390 for a four-person household.

Rents for these units will range from $1,800 for a studio up to $1,900 for a 1-bedroom, and $2,600 or $2,714 for 2-bedroom units. See details below:
