Matthew Morrison and his wife, Renee Puente, sold this Chelsea 2-bedroom for $2.1M.

His career might be in Hollywood, but Matthew Morrison is also a self-proclaimed nature fan. After welcoming his son, Revel, in October 2017, the yearning for life outside the city apparently became more prominent. Shortly after the “Glee” star and his wife, Renee Puente, sold their 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Chelsea condo in June, the family took a cross-country road trip with a stop in Wyoming along the way.

According to property records, the apartment sold in June 2019 for $2,100,000, within days of the family embarking on their journey.

“Not much WiFi on this adventure, but the connection is magical,” wrote Morrison on Instagram for Father’s Day.

“Wow, Wyoming! I had no idea. The topography, the animals (check out that tandem Bison hurdle!), the people! Can’t wait to be back in your presence. #morrisonadventures #wyoming #bison #family #roadtrip,” the actor captioned in another pic on June 26.

And while the family still has an upstate New York property and plan to remain bicoastal with an L.A. home as well, they sold a pretty spectacular apartment, which was originally listed in February 2018 for $2,495,000.

The new owner gets an apartment perched on the 10th floor with views down to One World Trade Center and of the Hudson River. Inside the 1,245-square-foot pad are exquisite details such as high ceilings, double-glazed picture windows, wide-plank white oak floors, central air conditioning, in-unit washer and dryer, and custom millwork closets fitted by California Closets.

Upon entering through a large foyer with room for seating and storage, you’ll flow into a living and dining space that boasts spectacular south and west views. A separate chef’s kitchen is equipped with a Sub-Zero fridge and Bertazzoni gas range. Further from the common area is the master suite, which provides plenty of serenity. In fact, the listing describes the condo as “pin-drop quiet.”

Amenities include a 24-hour attended lobby, live-in super, gym, cold storage and a roof deck with barbecue. The building sits half a block from the High Line and two blocks from the new Hudson Yards.
