Biggest drawback: Size isn’t everything! But this apartment is certainly small. It would make a great, spacious bedroom, or a very comfortable living room, but fitting both into this space could be a challenge. And the kitchen and bath, while fine, are nothing special. At this price, though, the location and that fireplace are more than special enough!
