The ceilings are soaring and tin, the support beams are exposed. And at 900 square feet, the space feels almost endless.

But there are modern conveniences in place as well. For example, the building has both an elevator and laundry facilities. And the kitchen has full-size stainless steel appliances. In addition, it’s just a short distance from the L train and all the action happening in nearby Bushwick.

Why it’s a deal: The median asking rent in Williamsburg is $2,799, according to the StreetEasy Data Dashboard. That puts our Deal of the Week at about $500 per month below average for the neighborhood. And it’s huge!

Biggest drawback: The listing calls this East Williamsburg loft a 2-bedroom. But there’s no floor plan provided, and the images do not seem to indicate any dividing walls.
