Ryan Serhant reportedly bought the Brooklyn brownstone he was marketing as a broker.

Ryan Serhant knows a good deal when he sees one – or makes one.

The “Million Dollar Listing New York” star and hotshot broker at Nest Seekers International bought a gorgeous Brooklyn townhouse at 374 Pacific Street that had belonged to author Jonathan Safran Foer, according to The Real Deal.

Serhant paid $7.6 million, a discount from the Boerum Hill’s $8.995 million list price, which Serhant had set in January when he took over the listing. Foer (“Everything Is Illuminated,” “Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close”) had been seeking to sell the 6,400-square-foot Greek Revival brownstone, which he purchased in 2014, after a divorce from Nicole Krauss, his wife of 10 years.

The property is on a grand scale, rising five stories and includes an additional 1,000 square feet in the cellar at normal ceiling height. (It’d make a perfect a gym for Ryan). At 26 feet wide, this is being touted as one of the largest homes in the neighborhood. Even the garden-level guest or rental unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and spans more than 1,400 square feet.

Regardless of the home’s standing in terms of size, it is certainly a beauty.

Does this mean Serhant will give up his “forward-looking penthouse” at the Renwick Modern that he bought for $3.7M in 2014 and move to — gasp, Brooklyn? Only time will tell.
