With a second baby born this past August with his longtime girlfriend, actress Tamsin Egerton, the “Black Hawk Down” and “Penny Dreadful” star Josh Hartnett was ready to part with his Tribeca pad.
The original list price of $4.25 million did not attract a buyer, but a price drop to $3.8 million helped move things along with the 1,965-square-foot penthouse. It sold on Jan. 16, 2018 for $3.55M.
The Minnesota native and long-time heartthrob-turned-producer bought the place for $2.4 million back in 2004. It is currently configured as a one bedroom, but has plenty of room for a conversion. Here’s a look at the floor plan:
