Are you blinking over the $225,000 list price for this studio on West 84th Street? It’s definitely one of the least expensive listings we’ve seen lately on the Upper West Side. It doesn’t even matter that this unit needs a total rehab, given that studios in this neck of the woods go for a median price of $535,000.
